This year’s event is expected to be bigger than ever before as the National Road Transport Hall of Fame celebrates its 20 year milestone. Unlike past reunions whereby approximately 100 Australian’s were inducted, 2015 will see almost 300 individuals inducted into the Wall of Fame during the event from August 25 to 31.

“In our twentieth year, we’re very excited to welcome a record number of inductees into the Hall of Fame, commending their outstanding commitment to road transport in Australia,” said Liz Martin, National Road Transport Hall of Fame CEO. “Together with Shell Rimula, we’re able to recognise and acknowledge those people who have kept Australia moving with their time on the road and their longstanding contribution to the transport industry.”

The Shell Rimula Wall of Fame is part of a four day event in Alice Springs, which includes the induction ceremony and the Shell Rimula Inductee Gala Dinner.
