The upcoming NatRoad Conference will see a specially built refrigeration unit, called the Black Panther, up for auction, among a number of other items at the MaxiTrans and Thermo King Auction Dinner, an integral part of the event.
The annual conference is being held in Brisbane on August 13 to 15 at the Brisbane Convention and Exhibition Centre. The theme this year will be ‘Public Perception vs. Reality in the Heavy Vehicle Industry’, and will see the return of Max Walker as our Master of Ceremonies, as well a number of key speakers on industry topics.
Thermo King are a long time supporter of NatRoad, but this year’s donation to the auction is quite unique. The Precedent S-700 was dealer prepared as a feature of the Thermo King display at Brisbane Truck Show in May and was dubbed the “Black Panther”.
The winning bidder will receive the Black Panther installed and commissioned free of charge by the Thermo King Dealers of Australia. Plus all proceeds from the winning bid value will go directly to fund NatRoad, in its valuable work for the benefit of members and the transport community at large.
The 2015 MaxiTrans and Thermo King Auction Dinner will be held on Friday August 14 at the BCEC. For tickets to attend the dinner or to register to attend the conference, please visit the NatRoad Conference Website.
